Motivation
Please come back to me. I need you. A lot. It was not a good weekend, food wise. Well, it was a good weekend just not the healthiest choices this weekend. Now don't get me wrong, I in no way feel guilty or bad about what I ate. It was delicious and worth my week of being (almost) good. Also, I'm pms'ing or just about to start shark week so I tend to give myself a little bit of a free pass than other times. I do really want to start working out though. I know, I know, I'm sounding like a giant broken record because I have been saying this for months now. I'm sure most of you are saying "Shut up and do it already", I've been thinking it. My alarm is set for tomorrow morning, I just need to suck it up and get up.

You will Tasha, I have started my road, and it's tough as well. I appreciate how truthful your posts are, because we are all human and falter, you have said this is your umpteenth time starting over, but the day you don't start again is the day you have failed. So far you truly are a winner for getting up and starting again. You're awesome. Thanks and keep the posts coming.
