Day 19 - Banana Bread

I've eaten way too much of it today. Well homemade sweets in general. I ate like six chocolate chip cookies and two slices of banana bread. The good news is that I didn't go too far over my allowance.

The bad news is that there is still banana bread left. And I love it so much. A little too much. I've had two slices already today but I am going to have another one with my tea. I can't help it, it's really that good. Ha tomorrow is a new day. I have to say that even though I haven't been duper strict with my eating, I have noticed that my clothes are a little loser in the tummy area. Still a very long way to go but I will take even the small things and run with it. It's all motivation that I need.

I went to bed really early last night, at least for me it was. I was so tired after having a couple of long nights with Kailyn. I also had a nap this afternoon since I didn't have the kids and even now, I'm ready for bed again. My thyroid plays a huge role in that but I just don't want to go for the bloodwork. It was too hard to remember to take it on time and then if I ate and forgot to take it before, it shagged me up even more. A girl from a group that I'm in on Fb mentioned about bladderwrack which has been used in the treatment of low thyroid. I'm going to check out the local health store and see if they have it. I'd much rather try any natural alternative then the synthetic crap.

I think I'm going to finish off my tea and head to bed. Yawn. Nite nite from:
