Well I forgot to write on Day 3 but that's ok. I've been keeping up with my eating habits. I got the game last night. I get to set up my own program, the intensity, how many cals a day I should have and how long I want my program to be. Oh and of course, what my ultimate weight loss goal is. It's really interesting to use the body scanner. I know my waist and hip measurements (YIKES). However, that's not important. What's important is that those measurements aren't going to be permanent. I have to keep visioning the skinny person in me. I usually just keep her quiet but I am going to try and let her out!
