Day Four - Week One
I've started my program. I am on a 12 week program. I don't think I'll be able to reach my ultimate goal in that time, since it's a bit unrealistic, but even if I can do 1/2 of that, I'll be super excited. I'm working out 6 days a week for 30 mins a day. I did do a couple of the exercises half assed and one or two not at all because I just couldn't. So I'm looking forward to being able to increase my endurance. I do have to get more fruit and veggies. I am out of bananas and apples and I've only got one bag of grapes. I've got to get some celery again because that's a good snack and I might have to suck it up and eat raisins. And I've got to get some more spinach so I can have the egg and spinach salad that I love. This is it. I'm so excited, I think even more excited than all the other times I've tried. WHOOT! Go me!
