Get Your Fit On

I'm super excited because I registered for shallow water fitness. It's a 6 week program, twice a week. I am really hoping that it's a little easier on my body than the HIIT that I've been doing. Still going to be doing the BBM challenge in the mornings (I think). I'll be going with my aunt and cousin, so I'm extra excited to have accountability partners.

I have also decided that I will be putting myself on a shopping diet. With the rising costs of food, I really need to stop or severely cut back on my poor shopping habits. I am beginning to slip back into some impulsive habits and it really needs to stop. I was doing so well with it a few months ago but I got into a rut and then well, we all know how hard it is to get out of those. I'm planning on just wearing everything that I have in my closet. Lord knows I have enough for the year.

2016 wasn't so great but looks a little more exciting.
