For the past few weeks, I've been doing the 30DS. I admit that I haven't been as faithful and hardcore with it as I have in the past but I have been doing it for at least 4 days a week and I've certainly been trying to give it my all. I have had days where I've been less than great with it and kind of gave up halfway through but I do think that moving some is better than not moving at all. Anyway, I've stumbled across a challenge from Bikini Body Mommy. She did a challenge already at the beginning of the year, it's a 12 week program and today was the start of a new one. I've already done my workout for the morning and since I've had a shower, I really don't feel like doing it again but I think this evening before I go to bed, I'm going to give it a whirl and see what happens. I won't be following the meal plan. I'm trying to not dwell so much on the 12 week aspect and just take it one day at a time. I think because I have such a hard time committing to something that's only for 4 weeks, that is lending to my skepticalness (LOL, is that even a word?!) Anyway, I'll come back this evening and give an update on how it went.
UPDATE: Well, I'm a little late posting it but Day One was ok. I ended up doing an hour's worth of exercise between everything and then walking in the evening. However, today I had to take a break because I ended up over-doing it and I'm in some pain.
