So, I know I said that I wasn't going to be doing any blogging but tomorrow I'm going to be starting an eating program and we're are encouraged to keep a journal, along with a food diary. I shall be continuing to track on MFP but I'm going to be using my blog as my journal. This program is a detox/cleanse/elimination diet. Lots of veggies and fruit, unprocessed foods, no grains and no caffeine. Um, I think I can?!
It'll be interesting to see how the week goes. It's nothing crazy or hard and I'll be honest, I am looking forward to trying something different. Stay tuned!
