Surgery/Recovery

As some of you know, I underwent gallbladder surgery on Wednesday. It was just day surgery so I ended up back home that afternoon. I am hoping this helps to resolve some of my stomach issues. Yesterday was pretty brutal. I was so sore, I could barely move and at one point, I got so dizzy I thought I was going to faint. Even my vision started going black. It was pretty scary and I decided then that I had probably been up too long so I went back to bed. I was up for a little bit more last night but went back to bed around 7. I slept for a good part of the night. I did wake up a few times but nothing major and I was able to get back to sleep no problem. Had my first shower since Tuesday. I can't even tell you how awesome that makes me feel. I'm still sore today but I can manage it. My head is feeling kind of weird and part of me wants to go back to bed. I'm going to stay up for a little longer though. Fingers crossed that as the day goes by, I feel more like myself.
