The End

Can you believe it's the last day of 2013?! (Ok so if you're in another part of the world, it's already 2014). This year has certainly brought about many changes and challenges. I won't say it sucked because I really believe that life is what you make it. There were many ups and there were also some downs along the way. The biggest change of course was with myself, not just what you see on the outside but a lot of changes on the inside. I don't make resolutions, I think it's a really stupid idea. I just hope that 2014 brings more ups and less downs for everyone. I will continue on with my healthy journey. My goal is to be a better me and I will continue to strive to do that.

For now, I will leave you with the biggest change that took place in a year.
