Well Hell.........

So I had started doing my workouts again and ended up getting sick with a head cold about a weekish ago. That definitely threw a monkey wrench in my plans. I'm hoping (fingers, toes and everything else crossed) to get started again tomorrow. I was going to wait and do it on Monday but tomorrow is just as good a time as any. I've got my alarm clock set on my phone, now it's just a matter of getting up and not just rolling over and turning it off. I did so well back in April, I can do it again. I feel like I'm a little more squishy the past little while, if that makes any sense. I'm more interested now in getting rid of, or significantly shrinking, the lower belly pooch that I've got going on. I've always had it but since having three children, wow. WOW! Now mind you, it has gotten a lot smaller since losing weight but I'm not quite ok with it yet. It's really the only area that I'm very self conscious about. The rest I am ok with, hell I can even say that I love my ass. But this one spot is the one spot that has always always bothered me and since I can't afford a tummy tuck, I'm looking at some fairly simple ways to blast it. Wish me luck!
