Consistency
It's really hard to be consistent sometimes. For instance, my blogging ;) I also have been struggling with my workouts. While I don't do them everyday normally, every few months, I decide to do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. Back in April, I did really well with it. I set my alarm for 6am and every morning, literally for the entire month, I got up and did it. I won't lie, I am not a morning person and it sucked but I felt good after and I was successful in dropping 7" overall. I had planned on doing it again but just couldn't seem to be as dedicated with it. I did it again in June, but only during the week and took the weekends off. I did manage to lose another 2" off my hips but nowhere else. I started doing it again in August but quit after 2 weeks. I've decided to try it again. Yesterday was my first day. I really didn't want to do it today, but I did. I am so sore this morning! My legs and abs are crying. Ok maybe mentally I'm crying LOL! I'm really determined though to stick with it this month. We'll see.
