A lot certainly has changed since my last post. I think I should start off by saying that I have lost 40lbs and 10 inches off my body. I've been having a hard time coming to grips with it but it is what it is. I finally got fed up with myself last summer and I decided to make the needed changes and stick with it. No tricks, nothing fancy, just a change in diet and the addition of exercise. I started walking daily and tracking my calorie intake on My Fitness Pal. This is by far the longest I have ever stuck with any type of change and it has finally paid off! Now mind you, I still have a long way to go but I'm getting there. I fell off the tracking wagon for a few months but I'm back on it now and a week ago, I started doing Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. So far so good. I'll post my progress when I'm done.
