That seems to be a theme that's running repeatedly through my blog and my eating habits. Well you know what they say "Once a cheater, always a cheater". And it's not really cheating as such, I did still write it down in my food diary. I *may* have embellished just a wee little bit when it came to my snack before bed last night and my supper tonight. I had 2 mini Coffee Crisp bars and I had more than 6-8 nachos.
All in all, I did ok sticking with the rest. I'm not snacking near as much and the next time I get groceries, I'm going to get some celery and baby carrots. That stuff is great for snacking on. It's got the crunch that I'm looking for in chips but it's so much better for you. Ok, I'll be honest, not as good as chips but it will do. It's the crunch that I'm looking for.
I'm hoping Kailyn goes to bed at a decent time tonight. She's got 4 teeth coming so last night was a complete failure in getting downstairs. By the time she went to sleep and stayed asleep, I was so tired that all I wanted to do was sit on the couch and vegetate. And that is exactly what I did. She had an ever crappier night sleeping so needless today, I'm super tired but I'm going to make sure that I get my (not so) little arse downstairs tonight and get at least 15 mins of a workout. Better than nothing and it's a start right?!
