I did really well yesterday. I was under not only my calorie goal but carbs and fat. The only one that I got a negative on was the protein. So I'm not sure how I can add more to that but I'll have to find a way. Maybe I'll get some peanuts or something. If you know some (not disgusting) protein rich foods and snacks (that are light on carbs and fats) that I can eat, please let me know! The good news is, I don't feel hungry as much. And I don't snack as much. Not really a lot in the way of cravings either. Now I'd be lying if I said I didn't want a big ol plate of chips, dressing and gravy or a feed of fish and chips or a huge plate of wings. But overall I'm not as bad as I thought I would be which makes this a lot easier. LOL talk to me again in a month and see how I feel.
Tomorrow is another workout day. I think I might just go on that walking machine rather than the big at least until I can strengthen my knees. I was in so much pain last night (a dull ache) and I had to take a couple of ibuprofen because I just couldn't handle it anymore. Of course Josh had to make some quip about him feeling that pain on a daily basis. HELLO, this is about me!! But seriously, I felt bad for him because I was just about drove nuts with it.
I'm still debating on whether or not I'm going to do the Biggest Loser game again. I did enjoy it but it just killed my knees way too much. I think that I'm going to need to get some weight off my joints because I can do that unless I do a light workout rather than a medium one. I'm going to delete my profile and start fresh. Sigh and add another 10lbs to my weight.
So I'm off to get some supper and make sure my iPod is charged for tomorrow's workout. The radio app on my phone just doesn't cut it.
