So this is yet another of my attempts to lose weight. I'm hoping to   start out small and then work up to something bigger. A good friend of   mine is getting married next month and I have a LBD that I really want   to wear. I can zip it up but it's a little tight so I figure that 5lbs   will get me into it. I have found that if I set big goals (ie 40lbs) I   get easily discouraged because I don't see it coming off as fast as it   should, or at least as fast as I think it should) so I give up. I have   to realize that it's going to take some time. It's going to take more   than a month. More than two months. More than three months. This will be   ongoing but I can do it!! Today I'm going to do a workout video when   the kids go to bed. But my plan is to get up in the morning, either   before or after I feed the baby and go out for a walk. Then in the   evening, I'd like to go downstairs on the machine. That's the plan.   Now's the time to stick with it!!
