Progress

I'm into my third week of eating better, or is this only the second week? Time flies when you aren't eating a lot of crap. So far, so good. I haven't had too many big bad fast food cravings. I've been keeping up with workouts, although I am a little more slack with the on the weekends. I have made some small progresses over the past couple of weeks, so that is encouraging. I'm determined to see this through to the end!! Part of me thinks I'm going to continue on with this throughout October and possibly into November. I am scheduled for another sexy photo shoot, so I'd like to be at the top of my game then. I will say that I am rather sick of water. That is all.
