Slow and Steady

Some of you have already seen this on Instagram and Facebook but I know there are some here that probably read and aren't on either one, so for you, I will share again. As you already know, I haven't really been keeping up with exercise. I've started a few times but haven't continued. I have been good with my eating habits for the most part. I do have my moments where I go face and eyes into junk food but for the most part, it's only on the weekends and once Monday starts, I'm back on track(ish). I've been doing well with maintaining, although I do fluctuate up sometimes but it's never really more than 5lbs. So, it's really not enough to make a difference to my clothes. I am a little smaller on the top than I am on the bottom but let's face it, dem hips don't lie. I still really want to start walking and eventually running. The weather is still a little on the cool side and I keep saying I want it to get warmer but perhaps it would be better to start while it's a little cooler. Anyway, without further adieu, here's another comparison shot: August of last year and this morning.






Oh, don't mind the numbers, it's for a photography project that I'm doing :) As you can see, there are some changes. They aren't major or anything but they are there and that's definitely a great feeling, especially on a not so great day.
