This seems to be my philosophy this month now. I had every intention of eating well and not having any takeout. #fail Then, I figured well, I'd stop snacking at night before bed. #fail I was going to exercise every day. #fail I've done a workout here and there and I figure that doing some is better than nothing at all. Right?! Am I right?! Tell me I'm right!
Can someone please find my motivation and give it back to me? Because, I've lost it and I can't seem to get it back no matter what. One good thing about today is that I'm drinking lots of water today. Haha, ok ok, I'm drinking lots of water today because I had nachos last night for supper. One step at a time.

Tasha, look how far you've come to this point. You have obviously done lots right to get where you are. Try and stick with what works for you, Keep up the awesome work and remember why you started this journey in the first place. :) You were my motivation remember, and you still are.
