Derailed

I had every intention of eating better this month. Not only did that train get derailed, but I backed up and ran right over any survivors. I also said I wasn't going to have any takeout all month long. Uh, yeah, so that didn't happen. Now, here's where I would have gotten super discouraged and frustrated with myself and just given up altogether. Not today. Today, I got up and did a workout (I got the all clear from the surgeon last week). I had some Greek yogurt and blueberries for breakfast. I'll drink way too much water today. I'll also have leftover pizza for lunch. Because, it's delicious and I hate to waste ;) But seriously, it's rather liberating to finally not be discouraged or beat yourself up for not having the best eating habits for a few days. I see so many women doing this. It's so counter productive. You have to give up the negative thoughts ladies (and men). It's really the first time to becoming a better you. Take it from me. Love yourself <3

That's awesome girl... Totally balanced thinking. I'm so proud of your accomplishments... The mental transformation is everything! Hopefully I can get my head in the game some day!!
