Clean in April

Yeah the title is a bit strange. I know I talk a lot about goals, because I think they are very important to have, not just for weight loss but life in general, and this post is going to be no different. If you're sick of that, suck it up :P I was thinking of this last night, as I was chowing down on garlic fingers actually, but I really want to try to eat cleaner next month. I know I could probably start this month but I'm hoping to be able to throw a workout in with it also and I can't do that this month.

Anyway, for the entire month of April, I have set it as my goal to not have any fast food at all. It's going to be hard, not so much because of wanting to eat it, but just because some nights, it's just damn convenient rather than cooking. So, I'm going to have to plan well ahead with regards to meals every night and make sure the fridge is at least partially well stocked. I want to try and see if I can get to the end of the month with my bank account in the black for a change and I know this will help. The only thing that I'm going to keep having is my tea. But other than that; no muffins, no pizza, no McDonald's. LOL, so I'm going to enjoy a couple of things this month and go clean in April.

This sounds like an amazing idea! One I may have to consider myself...like you said easier said than done...but it can't hurt to give it a go! And I'm sure my bank account will thank me come May 1st as well! ��
